Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide except for Taiwan. You would receive your item within 7 days for most locations. Australia takes longer due to custom clearance.

There is only an Express Delivery option?
We only deliver on Express registered mail for tracking purposes.

How long should I take the supplement for?
Our study says that it would take 3 months for it to show result

Is this effective?
The supplement has shown to be effective on 80 percent of our study samples.

Where do you ship from?
We ship direct from Japan so you can be sure of the authenticity of the items. There are no middle man between us.

Are you open to wholesaling?
We are studying this option for certain location only.

Why can’t we find this in our local store?
The parent company of Hela Slim has much success in online direct selling in Japan. We are currently only looking at online distribution.

Why do you need my Phone Number?
Its a requirement by Japan post for shipping overseas. We will never directly call you and any of your information, including your phone number will never be shared to a third party. 

Are there any additional costs?
Any custom duties which may occur in the respective country will be your responsibility. This is particularly the case for UK / EU / South American with strict custom rules. If you reject package due to this, we will refund the product minus shipping costs.

Can i return my Item?
For whatever reason, you're free to return the item given it is in the original condition, and we'll give you a 100% refund on the item. Shipping the item back to us and the cost will be your responsibility.

How long will shipping take?
We've partnered with Japan Post which provides one of the world most reliable and cheapest logistics systems in the world.

All shipments occur from our logistics center in Tokyo, Japan
1-3 business days to process package. Items will be shipped via express, registered mailed.
